About Conference 

ICABB promotes and encourages dialogues on scientific ideas and research. Annually numerous participants from all over the world present their research across a wide array of topics. The theme of the current edition of ICABB 2024 is “Food & Microbial Biotechnology: Insights and Innovations". The food and beverage market is expected to grow to more than $10000 billion by 2027 at a CAGR of 6.3%. The outbreak of COVID-19 has focused renewed attention on the functional food and nutraceutical sector. Supply chain disruptions due to the Russian-Ukraine war have forced global attention on the important food sector. Fermented food products and those with better shelf-life and frozen food are expected to occupy a significant share in the coming years. Globally, unique microbial communities specific to each geographical location have played a crucial role in producing various fermented foods. Asia-Pacific is the largest region in the food and beverage sector. Asia-Pacific is the largest region in the food and beverages sector and India will be one of the significant contributors. The conference theme is of topical interest to a large audience comprising of scientist, industry and academia.
